NORSE MYTHOLOGY

Dear parents, 

A couple of impostors have invaded our Monday classes. They say they are old Valkyries. Their names? Brunhilda and Kara. They have taken over and there is nothing we can do. We are under their spell. At least they speak good English, albeit their slight Nordic accent. They are teaching your children all about Norse Mythology. The nine realms, Valhalla, Odin, Thor, Loki “the God of Mischief (he seems to be their favourite)”, sea monsters, strange creatures, light elves, giants and dwarves, magic swords and hammers, and lots of fighting. Mighty queens, shield maidens, powerful goddesses, the lot. Truth is we are really learning in the process and we sincerely hope the kids are too.
